The World Congress of Muslim Philanthropists is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Illinois, and is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States of America.

The Organization maintains a registered agent in the State of Illinois, LaDale George, Esq., Neal Gerber & Eisenberg, LLP, located at Two North LaSalle Street, , Chicago , IL 60602.
